1. Free Tier & Evaluation

DMSeva offers a Free Plan that includes 1,000 automated direct messages per month and 1 connected Instagram account. This allow creators and agencies to evaluate the core platform and trigger capabilities prior to upgrading to premium subscription plans. We encourage users to test compatibility on their profile before committing to a paid tier.

2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your premium upgrade, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within **7 calendar days** of your initial purchase. This refund guarantee applies only to your first subscription charge. Subsequent renewals or annual billings are not covered by the 7-day refund guarantee.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your DMSeva subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Dashboard, click on **Settings**, select the **Billing** tab, and click **Cancel Subscription**. Once cancelled, you will retain full access to all premium features, quota limits, and connected profiles until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

4. Exclusions & Unused Quota

Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
  • Unused message counts or triggers at the end of the billing period. Quotas do not roll over to the next month.
  • Account suspensions resulting from violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, harassment, or violating Instagram developer policies).

5. Processing of Refunds

To request a refund under the 7-day guarantee, please send an email to support.dmseva@gmail.com with your account email address and transaction invoice details. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that credit card processors and banks typically take **5 to 10 business days** to post the refund amount to your statement.

Exchange Policy NoticeWe do not support plan swaps or partial upgrades/downgrades offsets. If you wish to change your subscription tier, cancel your current active plan first and select the new tier in the billing tab.
