DMSeva ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you connect your Instagram profile to the DMSeva platform. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
To perform the requested automations, DMSeva collects specific data elements via Meta's official Graph API or directly during sign-up:
- Account Registration Info: Your name, business name, billing email, and encrypted account credentials.
- Meta Token Permissions: Secure access tokens generated via Meta OAuth to query comments and dispatch direct messages. We do not store or ask for your Instagram account password.
- Comment & DM Data: The text of incoming comments on your linked Instagram posts/reels and the content of replies configured by you.
- Captured Lead Information: Profile usernames, follower counts, and any contact information (emails, names) captured using visual flow nodes.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data collected is utilized solely to operate and improve the Service:
- To trigger and send instant direct messages when users comment on your posts.
- To render analytics metrics (total sent DMs, click-through rates) inside your private dashboard.
- To export your captured leads to CSV sheets or integrate with third-party CRM platforms (such as HubSpot).
- To verify compliance with Meta’s Developer Policies and prevent platform abuse.
We will never sell, lease, or distribute your email addresses, subscriber lists, or account metadata to third-party advertising companies.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data, including secure Meta access tokens and captured lead information, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored inside securely firewalled databases. Access to sensitive tokens is restricted to automated messaging pipelines and senior technical staff under strict confidentiality.
5. Data Retention & Disconnection
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You can disconnect your Instagram profile or revoke permissions at any time through your Facebook Page settings or your DMSeva dashboard. Once disconnected, we will immediately discard all active access tokens for your profile.
6. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you possess rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, export, modify, or permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. To request full deletion of your account and metadata, please contact us at support.dmseva@gmail.com. We will fulfill all deletion requests within 30 business days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
